Delivery and Shipping
Most orders are shipped UPS the same day. Some items may take longer (7 to 10 business days depending on availability). You will be notified if there is a delay. Faster service is also available with Next Day Air, Second and Third day Air with a special UPS rate. There is a flat rate of $6.00 for orders up to $300.00 and $6.00 for each additional $300.00 ordered. There is an additional charge for COD (via UPS).

Money orders and cashiers checks are also accepted.
Telephone Orders can be processed using check or money order and can be mailed to our offices located at 440 East 75th Street, New York, NY 10021. Orders will be fulfilled once your remittance has been cleared.

Returns

Paying by Credit Card
We accept Visa or MasterCard. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer, we also have a way for you to use your credit card without ever having to enter the number on the Internet. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be provided with phone and fax numbers so that you may provide us with your credit card number. You can do this even if you can't use our secure server, and your credit card number will be totally protected.

Paying By Check Or Postal Money Order
We do accept checks or money orders denominated in US dollars as payment for all orders. To pay by check, simply select "pay by check" on the order form. Once you have fully submitted your order, you will be provided with an address to which to send payment.

Currently, we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in US dollars or checks denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't fulfill your order until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order about seven to ten days.

Delivery & Shipping
No minimum order. All stocked items will be delivered within 24 hours. Free delivery service to Manhattan and the Bronx. UPS shipping is available for special service. A fee will be added to the customer's invoice.
